FAQ
Cards
It is a payment card without plastic: it has a number, an expiry date and a CVV, which is enough to pay for international services online — ads, subscriptions, servers, courses. The card is issued in your dashboard and topped up from your internal account balance.
Usually 5 minutes: the new card’s details appear in your dashboard, and you can start paying right away. Issuance works around the clock, with no weekends or business hours.
At issuance, you choose the card product and your own card name to tell it apart from the others in your dashboard. The card currency is US dollars.
In your dashboard, on the card page. The details are available right after issuance and can be viewed at any time until the card is closed.
A BIN is the first digits of the card number that tell a service which card product you are using. Different platforms accept different BINs, so when you issue a card, the dashboard shows which BINs work for a given service and how well they go through.
Yes. You can pause a card and switch it back on — its details and transaction history are kept.
Yes. The card stays linked to the service as long as it has funds. To stop renewals, just freeze the card in your dashboard.
Most often the card does not have enough funds to cover the amount plus the service fee, or the platform does not accept a particular BIN. The reason is shown in your transaction history — in that case, issue a card on a different BIN.
Top-ups
From your dashboard: choose the amount, get the payment details and see the credit in your transaction history. Money on the balance does not expire, and there is no storage fee.
Cryptocurrency only: USDT and other cryptocurrencies. The address and network for the transfer are shown in your dashboard at the top-up step.
Cards are topped up from your shared account balance: you enter the amount, and it is transferred to the card you need. One balance serves all your cards at once.
The remaining funds go back to your internal account balance and are immediately available for a new card or for topping up another one. We do not charge a fee for this.
Pricing
On the Standard plan, $15 per card issued; on the Premium plan, $25. There are no hidden fees on top of that.
5% of the top-up amount on both plans.
At issuance, you add a starting balance to the card: $25 on Standard, $10 on Premium. This money stays on the card for your purchases. Premium makes sense when you need many cards and your turnover reaches $2,000 a month.
No, card maintenance is free on both plans. You only pay for issuance and for top-ups at your plan’s rate.
Security
No. On both plans, Standard and Premium, no documents or identity checks are required. Signing up in the dashboard is enough.
Vircard is a technology service that provides access to cards issued through partner payment infrastructure. The cards themselves are issued by a licensed issuer: Vircard is not a bank and does not accept deposits.
Freeze it in your dashboard — charges will stop, and the card details and transaction history will be kept. Then you can issue a new card and move the remaining balance of the old one back to your account by closing it.
Via the chat in your dashboard. Premium requests are handled with priority; you can also write to support@vircard.io.
